"Nutrition for Healthy Families"

Maureen Diaz will be teaching an informative class on the nuts and bolts of understanding food, nutrition and health. This class is intended for those interested in making healthy, long term changes to the way they buy, grow, prepare and eat food. This class will teach the practical knowledge needed to understand the importance of the foods we eat. For those looking for hands on experience putting this knowledge to work we encourage you to consider taking the day long workshop "How to Feed Your Family Well" the following day at The Foundry.
