Nathan and Michelle met when they were hired by the University of Kentucky to assist tobacco farmers transition to fruit and vegetable production.  Nathan grew up on a farm in Hart Co. Kentucky and Michelle fell in love with the delicious, seasonal food that could be grown close to home.  In April 2013 they began farming full time and offering a year round, multi-farm CSA on two acres of land while they waited for their forever farm.  We call this The Gathering as we collectively bring together our passion for growing good, nourishing food for those seeking a stronger sense of community with our efforts for justice for farmers, low-income households.
Share the Farm CSA
This is different than traditional CSA's in that you and everyone in your household will basically be leasing a percentage of our farm for an entire year.  That means that you will be purchasing your own:

Raw Milk Herd Share
Cow, Pig and Chicken Share
Brown Egg Share
Fruit & Vegetable Share
Grain Share
Additional items like soap, cut flowers, herbs, flour, sugar, citrus, olive oil and salt.
Cost Per Year

$3500 (first adult)
$3000 (each additional adult)
$500 (children 6-18)
$0 (children under 5)
This CSA is an ALL YOU CAN EAT model which means that you can come out to the farm once a week (or less if you would rather stock up) and take all that you and your family can eat for the week.

Examples of what that may look like from week to week:

-2 gallons of raw milk, a portion of homemade butter
-ground beef, bacon, whole chicken, pork chops
-18 brown eggs
